Top Systems Group was founded on a simple observation: US and Canadian furniture brands sourcing from Southeast Asia kept running into the same problems. Factories promising one thing and delivering another. Quality issues discovered after shipping. No one to call when production fell behind. Retail compliance failures that cost far more than the shipment was worth.
These were not problems caused by bad factories or bad brands. They were problems caused by distance and the absence of a trusted, accountable person on the ground — someone whose entire job was to make sure the factory produced what the brand ordered, to the standard the retailer required, on the timeline the business needed.
That is the gap Top Systems was built to fill. Over more than a decade, we have built factory relationships across Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia that are based on consistent volume, clear standards and mutual accountability. We bring enough consistent business to our factory partners that they take our requirements seriously. And our clients trust us enough to give us full authority to manage their production relationships on their behalf.
Today, products we have developed and managed are sold through Walmart, Walmart Canada, Sam's Club, Canadian Tire, Rona, Petco, Menard, American Furniture Warehouse and Badcock — through established US furniture brand programs that rely on us as their Southeast Asia production partner.
We remain a focused, specialist operation. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We do furniture production partnership in Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia — and we do it as well as anyone in the region.
