From your first message to goods loaded and on the water, every stage is documented, reported and managed by our team. You always know where your order is and what condition it is in.
We have managed furniture production for US, Canadian and European brands for over 10 years. In that time, we have learned what makes a sourcing partnership work — and what causes it to break down.
The answer is almost always transparency. You should always know what is happening with your order — not because we say so, but because we build documentation and reporting into every single step of our process.
Every engagement follows this process. Some steps move faster depending on your product and factory — but nothing is skipped.
Send us a message — through our inquiry form, email or WhatsApp. You do not need a completed specification sheet at this stage. A product category, rough volume and target market is enough to start a useful conversation.
A short call — your time zone, your schedule — to understand your requirements clearly before we start any factory work. We ask the questions that help us match you to the right factory quickly and accurately.
We identify the best-matched factories from our verified network across Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. We present you with 2–3 factory options with pricing ranges, production capacity, lead times and our assessment of each.
We review your design against the selected factory's capability and recommend modifications that improve manufacturability without compromising your aesthetic or quality intent. Sampling is then arranged and managed by our team.
Once you approve the sample and confirm your purchase order, production is scheduled with the factory. This is also the point at which our commission — is activated on the PO value.
Before bulk production runs, our team conducts a pre-production inspection at the factory. This covers material confirmation, component review, first article inspection and production readiness. The full report is submitted to your team.
We maintain regular contact with the factory throughout production — checking timeline, managing any issues that arise and keeping you informed. You should never have to chase us for an update.
Before goods are loaded into the container, our team conducts a full final inspection. Random unit sampling, finish and construction quality, packaging verification, quantity count and labelling compliance. Full photography included.
Once the final inspection report is approved, our shipping team coordinates container booking, loading supervision and all export documentation. You work with your own freight forwarder — we manage the origin side.
We remain your permanent point of contact with the factory. For repeat orders, we carry the institutional knowledge of your product, your standards and your retailer requirements — so each order builds on the last, rather than starting from zero.
Replace these placeholders with photos from your actual work — factory visits, inspections in progress, loading supervision. Real photos build more trust than any written content.
One of the most common questions we hear is: "Do we need to provide an inspection checklist or do you have one?" The answer is: both work. Here is how.
Many major retailers require suppliers to use a specific inspection protocol — and failing to follow it can result in receiving chargebacks or rejected shipments. We know the major retail protocols and apply them precisely.
We know the uncertainty of reaching out to a new partner. So here is what you can expect from us — same business day, every time.
No generic auto-reply. No "we will be in touch." A real response from our team that confirms we have read your inquiry and outlines the clear next step.
