We Are Not The Right Fit If...
  • You are an end consumer buying for personal use
    We do not sell to individuals. Our minimum orders are commercial volumes only.
  • Your volumes are below our minimum order requirements
    Under 100 pieces for casegoods, under 250 chairs, under 200 flat pack — we are not structured for small one-off orders.
  • You want the cheapest option regardless of quality
    Our value is accountability and quality protection. If price alone is the deciding factor, we are probably not the right partner.
  • You want to own the factory relationship directly
    We manage the factory relationship on your behalf. If you prefer to deal with factories directly, our model is not the right fit.
  • You need manufacturing outside Malaysia, Vietnam or Indonesia
    These are the three markets we know deeply. We do not operate outside Southeast Asia.

You do not need to have everything perfectly documented, but a clear direction helps everyone move faster.

Factory production slots fill quickly. When we submit a sample review or pre-production report, prompt feedback keeps your production timeline on track. Delays in approval often mean delays in delivery — not because of us or the factory, but because slots get reassigned.

If something is not working — pricing, quality, factory performance, our communication — we want to know directly. We will always tell you the honest situation from our end too, even when the news is not what you hoped to hear. That transparency is what protects your brand and your business in the long run.
