Production rarely stays perfectly on paper — specifications change, factories make mistakes, materials run short, quality issues appear. Production can differ from the approved reference. We identify the discrepancy, raise it with the factory and coordinate the required corrective action.
If production uses a component that differs from the approved specification, we review the change and obtain approval or require correction where necessary.
When production falls behind, we work with the factory to understand the cause, agree a recovery approach and keep the buyer informed.
Top Systems doesn’t need to replace an existing procurement team or factory relationship.
