What Top Systems Is

An independent furniture sourcing and trading company.

We source, develop and manage production through selected Southeast Asian production partners.

Overseas furniture companies get a local production operation in the region, without building another sourcing team.

You pay Top Systems. We manage the factory relationship and pay the selected factory. You receive one Top Systems quotation, and commercial terms are agreed in writing before production begins.
Send what you already have. A drawing, CAD, product photo, physical sample, BOM or an existing product. A perfect RFQ is not required to start.
We evaluate the project first. We review the product, materials, volume and commercial requirements before recommending a production path.

We identify suitable partner factories against product fit, capacity, quality, commercial fit, compliance and production reliability, not simply the cheapest option.

Product Development

Technical and manufacturing adjustments, prototype and sample development, packaging and assembly optimisation, and hardware selection, all reviewed commercially and technically before production.

Production Management

We manage factory communication, timelines and production queries, and coordinate shipping and export documentation as the final part of the process.

Quality & Compliance

Production and final goods checked against the approved sample and specification. Experience working with retailer, product-safety, materials and packaging requirements. The standards are explained in our Compliance Hub.

Production rarely stays perfectly on paper. Specifications change, factories make mistakes, materials run short and quality issues appear. Our job is to work with the factory to resolve them, not simply pass them back to you. These are anonymised, representative examples; no confidential client or factory information is shown.

Production differs from the approved reference

Production can differ from the approved reference. We identify the discrepancy, raise it with the factory and coordinate the required corrective action.

Component substitution

A component differs from the specification

If production uses a component that differs from the approved specification, we review the change and obtain approval or require correction where necessary.

Production delay

Production falls behind schedule

When production falls behind, we work with the factory to understand the cause, agree a recovery approach and keep the buyer informed.

Top Systems doesn’t need to replace an existing procurement team or factory relationship. We can provide selected local production management, factory communication, QC and problem-solving support in Southeast Asia. We work with your existing production partner where appropriate, or evaluate alternatives when the project requires it.
