Top Systems manages solid-wood furniture production in Indonesia for US importers. We are not the factory. We select an established Indonesian factory, develop the product from your drawing or sample, control quality against the approved specification and coordinate FOB shipment. Our Indonesian programs are solid rubberwood and solid mahogany, in dining, occasional and bedroom furniture. You buy through Top Systems on one invoice, or keep your own factory PO and use us as your team on the ground.
The same four capabilities we run in every country, applied to a solid-wood program.
We identify and vet established Indonesian factories by product category, quality requirement and price range, and visit them in person before recommending them.
From a drawing, photo, BOM or an existing product through prototype and approved sample, including design modification for factory capability and assembly-instruction creation.
Pricing negotiation, factory communication, production follow-up, timeline updates and problem resolution through to FOB shipment readiness.
In-house construction testing where applicable and inspection against the approved specification, with external laboratory testing coordinated where required. See the QA scope.
Our Indonesian programs are solid rubberwood and solid mahogany, in dining, occasional and bedroom furniture. We don’t source teak, rattan or outdoor furniture in Indonesia. For outdoor programs, see outdoor furniture production in Vietnam.
Per style / SKU. Built for commercial programs and recurring production, not one-off consumer quantities.

The problem is rarely the factory; it is what happens when nobody is watching. These are the issues we watch for on solid-wood programs, within our inspection and sampling scope.
Solid wood can move and finishes can vary batch to batch. We confirm materials, review first articles and approved samples before the run, and check finish quality and joint strength during production.
Rubberwood and mahogany are not interchangeable. We confirm materials and review components against the approved sample, so production uses the species you signed off.
Chairs and tables face load and stability expectations. We check structural integrity, joint strength and stability, and can run pre-production testing against the applicable standard.
Storage pieces turn on drawer operation, hardware and tip-over stability (ASTM F2057 / STURDY). We check drawer operation and hardware function and verify at first article and random sampling.

You place the PO directly with the factory and use Top Systems as your agent on the ground for factory management, QC and shipping coordination. We support your team rather than replace it.
