Contact form submissions, including any files you attach, are sent from our website server directly to our team by email. Attached files are not stored on the website. To limit repeated submissions, the website server keeps a one-way coded (hashed) version of your IP address and the times of recent submissions; it is not used for anything else, and old records are deleted automatically.
If we establish a working relationship following initial contact, your business contact information may be retained in our internal records for the duration of that relationship.
