Product development

Production management
We manage the factory relationship during production through to shipment readiness: communication, coordination, timeline management and issue resolution with factory management. We do not promise zero delays or perfect production; when issues arise, we work directly with the factory to resolve them.
At origin we coordinate container booking, export documents and certificate-of-origin support. We attend the loading of a new item’s first shipment and of mixed-item containers, and send loading photos for every container. You keep your own freight forwarder for ocean freight.

Quality & compliance
Quality is controlled against the approved specification, from the approved sample through production and final inspection, with corrective action when required. We also support testing and compliance requirements, which can be coordinated where needed.
