We review the product and commercial requirements, determine the appropriate production market, and identify factories that actually fit the project. The cheapest factory is not automatically the right factory.
Technical adjustments, prototype and sample development, reverse engineering, hardware selection, and packaging and assembly considerations — reviewed for both technical and commercial implications before production.
We manage the factory relationship during production — communication, coordination, timeline management, and issue resolution with factory management, through to shipment readiness. We do not promise zero delays or perfect production; when issues arise, we work directly with the factory to resolve them.
Quality is controlled against the approved specification — from the approved sample through production and final inspection, with corrective action when required. We also support testing and compliance requirements, which can be coordinated where needed.
