Quality control begins with the approved specification and continues through production and final inspection. Testing and compliance requirements are supported and can be coordinated where required.
The factory prepares a prototype or sample; Top Systems reviews it and can prepare a sample review report before client approval. Once approved, the physical sample and specification are retained as the production reference. The approved sample is not a formality — it becomes the reference every production run is checked against.
During production, goods are checked against the approved specification across the areas that determine whether a product is built correctly.
Before shipment, finished goods and packing are verified.
When an inspection finds an issue, we determine its severity, raise it with the factory and agree corrective action. Depending on the case that can mean rework or replacement, reinspection before release, and holding or delaying shipment where necessary — escalating to factory management when required. Not every issue can always be corrected, but it is addressed at factory level rather than discovered on arrival.
We have experience working with the product-safety, materials and packaging requirements common in commercial furniture. Top Systems is not a testing laboratory; testing can be coordinated where required, including with a laboratory you specify.
