Quality is controlled against an approved specification and sample, used as the production reference.
Communication should be clear and timely when a decision is required.
Clients purchase through Top Systems. We manage the selected production partners and are responsible for the production path from specification to shipment. Where an issue requires escalation, established relationships can provide direct access to factory management. Factory visits can be arranged for clients travelling in Southeast Asia where appropriate.
